I visited the Orlando Temple last week with my teenage children to do baptisms for the dead with members of the Eustis Ward. This was an inspiring and testimony building experience. We love the Orlando Temple.

It's exciting to hear that a temple is being constructed in Kinshasa. The Saints in the Congo are dedicated to the gospel and have wonderful testimonies.

I was amused to read that Mormons in Wyoming attended the temple in Rexburg. Actually, those in Star Valley are in the Idaho Falls temple district. Those in the "Mormon" settlements in the Big Horm Basin would go to Billings, Montana. Those in similar settlements in the Bridger Valley and those in Evanston would probably go to Logan or Odgen. In the northwest, Rapid City, I suppose. In southeastern Wyoming, the go to Denver for now, though the newly announced temple in Ft. Collins will be welcomed.

Cynthia -- I am a Jewish convert to the Mormon Church, and although the Mormon temple garment is not constructed exactly like the Jewish tzitzit, both are worn next to the skin as a reminder of covenants to keep the commandments of God. The Jewish tzitzit has tassels that are knotted symbolically to represent the Mosaic commandments. The Mormon garment has small woven symbols to remind one of his or her temple covenants, which are covenants to keep the commandments of God. Yes, Jews have suffered terribly over centuries. The restoration of the gospel occurred only 181 years ago, but Mormons have been persecuted since the first day of that time. Mormons are mostly descendants of the Ten Tribes, and so are Israel, too. When Messiah comes, Y'shuah, as you also believe, then all suffering will cease. Mormonism is more akin to Judaism than any other Christian faith.

It looks like that one came from the Church distribution center -- I found it on the following blog (scroll down the page) -- http://mshendrickson.blogspot.com/2011/01/years-later.html
Try going to images.google.com and enter "temple dresses" in the search box. Click on the correct image when you find it, and it may take you to the source. All the best!
